Simulations are done depending on

The process of meeting and 

assessing all candidates dictates 

the speed at which decisions can 

be made and the feedback  be

Other prerequisite clearances 

needed
Dependant on position and 

seniority candidates will be 

required to undergo varying 

degrees of Medical Checks. 

Security Checks will also be made 

prior to final clearance to join 

being given. In some cases 

Contracts will be dispatched to 

candidates prior to the 

Clearances being given, however 

the Contract terms clearly state 

that the Contract is subject to 

obtaining these Clearances.
If employed don't resign from 

your current employment until you 

are advised formally that you are 

cleared to join.

Registration from 08:30am until 

11:30am.
No candidates will be accepted 

after 11.30am. The assessment is 

scheduled to last till 5.00pm.

If you have what it takes to be 

part of our team, you must be:
Female, single, Age: 21-27
Height minimum 160cm, weight in 

proportion
Educated to at least high school 

level
A warm, pleasing personality
Fluent in English (written and 

spoken)
Physically fit to meet regulatory 

requirements
Ability to swim unaided
As part of the Oman Air Cabin 

Crew team, you will be 

responsible for ensuring the 

safety of our guests as well as 

providing exceptional customer 

service at all times.  You should 

be able to demonstrate cultural 

awareness and the ability to 

adapt to new environments and 

people.
