Manager – Enterprise Information Systems


Some of key accountability for the position:

Demand Management

Identify, evaluate and prioritise all demand request received from business users; manage and oversee demand request analysis and review recommended solution to ensure improvement and sustainability of BI systems and reporting
Present all recommended demand request to obtain approval based on MAS change request governance
Develop and provide recommendations to business users on value added functional design/ solutions
Conduct design review session with Application Support team to ensure design are aligned to recommended solution
Continuous Improvement

Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with the EIS roadmap in ensuring business sustainability
Lead, initiate, Identify and provide recommendation on continuous improvement opportunities to drive process/ system excellence
Utilization Dashboard

Plan, control and lead Utilization Dashboard efforts (generation of Utilization Reports, BPO Reports, root cause analysis, engagement with Business Units) to improve SAP process compliance in MAS
Financial Reporting

Maintain Cognos financial reporting system, manage Business Unit reporting requirements and provide adhoc financial reports to Business Units
Develop and maintain Service Level Agreement to measure effectiveness of Cognos Reporting
Conduct training on Cognos Reporting and other adopted reporting tools
Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain relationships with Finance and Procurement Business Units to facilitate the delivery of support and demand requests whilst maintaining a good understanding of business needs
Direct, monitor and maintain efforts to ensure adherence to agreed SLAs for Demand Management
Training and Development

Drive and actively participate in capability development activities (bridging any skill / knowledge gaps) to function as subject matter expert in BI Reporting
Provide guidance and coaching to staff to promote a continuous learning culture within department to improve knowledge and work competencies

Degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science or related discipline
Minimum 4 years of relevant SAP experience in managing demand/ change request in SAP BI and Business Object
Minimum 3 SAP full lifecycle implementation experience
Proficient in SAP application (Business Intelligence and Business Object)
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Advanced understanding of Airline Financial  Accounting Systems/ Financial Reporting Systems is an added advantage
Advanced knowledge in operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives is an advantage
